BOOKING POLICIES 

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking for all Microblading/Permanent Makeup appointments.


All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

To cancel or re-schedule an appointment A MINIMUM OF 48 hours is required and NON-NEGOTIABLE*.

Note: You must arrive on time or early, as arriving more than 15 minutes late will delay the technician's schedule, is not fair to following clients and will result in having to re-schedule (requiring a new deposit).

*When booking an appointment you are reserving 2-3 hours of the technicians time. Cancelling with less that 48 hours notice does not allow time to fill a gap in the schedule which results in loss of time and income for the technician. There are no exceptions made for late arrivals or last minute cancellations for any reason(s).

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

 

Missed Microblading appointments will forfeit your $100 deposit and a new deposit will be required (no exceptions).
A $100 re-scheduling fee will be charged for missed complementary "4-8 week touch-up's" / less than 48 hours notice will require another deposit..

BEFORE BOOKING:

 If you have previous permanent makeup, you MUST email/text me clear photos of your brows for approval BEFORE booking your appointment.
